Responsibilities:
- Provide support for team members.
- Lead projects delivering architectural level requirements, supervising activities related to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Execute technical security projects for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert for information security services.
- Interact and communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
- Design security architectures.
- Research innovative solutions for client needs.
- Deliver successful proofs of concept.
- Maintain healthy project status and handle customer demands effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Information Security.
- Experience in IT consulting companies.
- Ability to architect, design, and implement targeted solutions.
- Familiarity with large-scale organizations and IT-vendor environments.
- Deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments.
- Experience with Data classification and Data protection.
- Required experience with Symantec portfolio including DLP, SMG, CASB; other technology such as Forcepoint, BeyondTrust, F5, Palo Alto, Infoblox, and Thales is a plus.
- Strong background in TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching, including OSPF and BGP.
- Understanding of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and virtualization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; accent-free communication is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Strong organizational and customer handling skills.
