Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, including contact center performance and complaint handling, aligned with Insurance Authority regulations.
- Configure and maintain existing and new Network infrastructure platforms.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless solutions.
- Architect network segmentation, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies to align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and documentation for network architecture.
- Ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Administer the following Network & Security related to major improvements and architectural design:
- Disaster recovery solutions to determine RTO and RPO.
- Server room hardware.
- AWS cloud components including EC2, S3, load balancer, VPC availability zones, and components from the Marketplace, as well as Microsoft Azure and Google apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with minimal downtime.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of network devices.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and tuning for reliability.
- Manage incidents for rapid resolution, including root cause analysis and vendor communication.
- Maintain all technical documentation including operational and configuration procedures.
- Provide Tier III support for escalated incidents and requests.
Skills, Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 - 7 years of experience in enterprise networking and security engineering.
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise network solutions.
- Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).
- Knowledge of network monitoring and SIEM tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.).
- Understanding of security frameworks and protocols (TLS, IPsec, SASE, Zero Trust).
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
- Professional certifications preferred: CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
