Senior Network Security Engineer

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network and Email Security Engineer from Saudi Arabia to administer firewalls, VPN, web proxy, IPS, DDoS protection, and secure email gateways. The engineer will implement policy changes, perform health checks, manage upgrades, and respond to incidents with evidence aligned to SAMA CSF/NCA ECC. A minimum of 5 years' experience is preferred, with banking experience seen as an advantage.

Work Conditions: Hybrid; Full-time, standard business hours with occasional after-hours or weekend change windows as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)/VPN (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, GlobalProtect).
• Manage Forcepoint Web Security and SSL decryption exceptions.
• Operate and tune IPS/network Advanced Threat Protection (Cisco IPS, Trellix/FireEye NX).
• Execute DDoS playbooks (NETSCOUT/Arbor).
• Maintain secure email policies (Cisco ESA, Trend Micro awareness).
• Conduct daily health checks, perform backups, ensure certificate rotations; assist with upgrades; produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and evidence.

Qualifications:

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: 2–5 years in network/email security operations

• Forcepoint Web Admin
• Fortinet FCP
• Trend Micro admin
• ITIL

Success Metrics for the First 90–180 Days:

• ≥95% right-first-time changes
• ≥20% Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) improvement
• ≥6 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) created
• ≥2 Change Advisory Board (CAB) changes with rollback
