Key Responsibilities
- Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, troubleshooting, and systems administration across multiple facilities.
- Maintain critical systems uptime; serve as the first escalation point for complex issues.
- Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without established SOPs; resolve incidents under time pressure.
- Demonstrate complete networking expertise, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, structured cabling (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, TCP/IP, subnetting, network security protocols).
- Lead and execute regional technical projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure improvements and technology rollouts.
- Automate manual tasks; create and improve tools that increase team efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring challenges and prevent future incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
- 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience.
- 4+ years of networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols).
- 4+ years of Windows/Server administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI) experience.
- Experience with new site launches including end-to-end IT infrastructure buildout and go-live support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
