Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide expert advice on property investments in Dubai.
- Handle investor and property buyer inquiries effectively to close deals.
- Maintain a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Stay informed about Dubai developers and the latest property launches.
- Work collaboratively within a team while managing independent tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate sector, with a preference for off-plan sales.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and reaching sales objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to foster client relationships.
- Familiarity with Dubai developers and upcoming property launches.
- Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team environment.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
