Senior Off Plan Property Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Off Plan Property Consultant with a proven track record in UAE real estate and a deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan market. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convert investor enquiries into successful property transactions. You will leverage your expertise and knowledge to manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and client consultation to negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Proven UAE real estate sales experience with a strong track record in off-plan transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and client consultation to negotiation and closing.
• Strong investor relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially focused, self-motivated, and able to manage transactions independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
