Responsibilities

• Utilize proven experience in off-plan real estate sales within the market.
• Leverage strong knowledge of local developers, new launches, and payment plans to enhance sales strategy.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and effective client presentation abilities.
• Identify and capitalize on investment opportunities, converting leads into successful deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales.
• Proficiency in the Russian language.
• Strong knowledge of developers and their offerings.
• Solid track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
