- Stay updated on Dubai off-plan projects, launches, and payment plans.
- Collaborate with leading developers to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to maximize deal closure rates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with reputable developers is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales pipeline.
