Key Responsibilities
- Use established UAE real estate sales experience, particularly within off-plan markets.
- Successfully close off-plan transactions while managing high-value clients independently.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Dubai developers, new launches, and various payment plans.
- Understand and address the requirements and preferences of both investment-driven and end-user buyers.
- Maintain excellent market knowledge and manage client relationships effectively.
Requirements
- Established UAE real estate sales experience with a strong off-plan background.
- Proven track record of successfully closing off-plan transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including developers and payment structures.
- Commercially driven mindset with a focus on consistent sales performance.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
