About the Job: This is a fraud risk management role, directly responsible for developing a center of excellence for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) by fostering the culture of FRM across ADIB Group. The role focuses on detecting, controlling, and minimizing fraud incidents and risks, performing efficient fraud risk control tasks, and ensuring adherence to approved policies and procedures. It also involves providing prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers and cross-functional teams while maintaining agreed service levels. Additionally, the Senior Officer will manage fraud risks related to the acquisition of all products and customers.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAS Enterprise Fraud Risk Management system & projects experience.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Lead discussions with key stakeholders to elicit and gather business requirements.
- Manage the EFMS FRM project team and offer guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and development team to clarify requirements.
- Document scope, SOW, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Validate solution components against business requirements; perform regression and UAT.
- Implement code changes and new releases in testing and production environments.
- Draft user manuals and assist clients in UAT sign-off.
- Manage projects through all phases from pre-SDLC, formation, to sign-off.
- Develop fraud detection scenarios covering various banking channels.
- Prepare data models for fraud scenarios.
- Design interfaces for fraud investigation teams.
- Analyze business requirements and implement fraud scenarios in the procurement process for a major bank in the GCC.
- Ensure standard operating processes are documented and updated.
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in risk management.
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- Experience in system integrations and rules maintenance.
- Familiarity with data analysis and MIS.
- Cross-functional knowledge in technology.
- Experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risks, and Business Continuity Management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team management skills.
Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills are essential.
