About The Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be accountable for enhancing the digital guest and employee experiences. Your key responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of our digital experience operations, ensuring that all initiatives reflect the brand's identity and corporate mission.
You will rotate across various capabilities, such as experience design, gaming & entertainment, experience operations, and engagement lifecycle, providing you with a comprehensive view of our evolving digital ecosystem. Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work with technology and content partners to deliver engaging gaming and entertainment services across digital platforms and onboard systems.
Your contributions will ensure the successful launch and operation of initiatives through user testing and validation, both prior to launch and during live operations. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative technology and create unforgettable travel experiences.
About You:
You should be degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management, digital experience, entertainment platforms, or interactive media. A hands-on approach with consumer-facing digital products is essential, along with experience in cloud-based or connected systems.
