Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and daily operation of HR systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy through system updates, data uploads, and access management activities.
  • Assist in implementing system enhancements and process automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve HR service delivery.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular data audits and validations.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business requirements.
  • Support HR system integrations and data interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow and timely issue resolution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR teams and end-users for system-related requirements, resolving user issues promptly.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of new system upgrades, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Assist in internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary data and documentation.
  • Support ISR compliance activities and ensure HR data governance practices are followed.
  • Collaborate on ongoing HR systems projects and evaluations to ensure solutions meet organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in HR systems administration, HR data management, or analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR system platforms (e.g., Oracle, APEX, or similar).
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English.

ISR Requirements:

  • Comply with ISR policies and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
