About the Job:
The company, headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline seeking to transform Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. As a digitally native airline, the company aims to connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
In this role, you will support the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of automation solutions across the enterprise systems department. You'll lead the full lifecycle of automation products, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath, workflow automation, AI-driven automation, and system-to-system integrations. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams is essential.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering automation solutions that align with corporate objectives, the digital roadmap, and the operating model. You'll analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state workflows that improve organizational operations by removing manual effort and streamlining processes.
About You:
You should have a degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ServiceNow, and Oracle. A strong background in business analysis and process optimization is essential. Experience driving automation from idea through to delivery is highly desirable.
