About The Role:

Are you adept at analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow issues? In this role, embedded within the Enterprise and Innovation Team, you will manage Oracle HR products, including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems, and Travel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing system functionality, driving enhancements, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support HR, Payroll, and business operations.
• Conducting testing, user support, data management, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Laying a roadmap for the success of HCM systems across the company and promoting process improvements based on stakeholder feedback.

About You:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Enterprise HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM and Payroll.
• Hands-on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused solutions.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and ATS systems is a plus.
