Key Responsibilities:
- Control end-to-end repair cycle management for aircraft components and tools/equipment to ensure timely processing of repair orders and efficient management of the repair cycle.
- Execute and monitor repair order processing, including creation, tracking, and closure of repair transactions in accordance with company procedures and contractual terms.
- Review, challenge, and negotiate repair quotations and work scopes to ensure alignment with approved maintenance data, contractual conditions, and cost control requirements.
- Validate repair invoices for accuracy and compliance with approved quotations and contractual terms.
- Monitor vendor performance regarding costs, turnaround time, quality, and reliability, highlighting deviations for corrective action.
- Escalate repair delays, technical issues, or vendor performance concerns to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
- Coordinate with the Components Operations team on loan and exchange transactions and ensure proper transaction closure.
- Maintain accurate repair records, status tracking, and updates within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and maintenance systems.
- Analyse repair data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities and prepare performance reports.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring the availability and accuracy of repair documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (3+ years).
- Fluent in English.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in aviation component repair administration, repair order management, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory planning tools.
- Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.

ISR Requirements:
- Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
