Senior Officer, Treasury Operations (Emiritization)

About the Role
The role involves handling various activities related to the company Securities while adhering to established procedures to ensure there are no operational losses. This includes the timely submission of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Check Corporate Actions related to DFM, ADX, NASDAQ markets along with other GCC markets and update the Trading system accordingly.
• Apply for Investor numbers on behalf of customers in the market.
• Perform financial postings in the core system.
• Address customer queries and resolve them effectively.
• Prepare trade confirmations and send them to customers.
• Reconcile customer portfolios at agreed intervals and investigate any discrepancies.
• Report Head Office trades executed through the company Securities to the Centralized Accounting Department (CAD) for booking in Head Office records.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medium-sized brokerage house.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in the Arabic language due to the nature of the job.
