About the Role
The position is responsible for the operational activities related to treasury products and investments, ensuring accurate processing of Wholesale Term Deposits and ACIC Gulf and Kuwait Fund instructions. All transactions must be executed securely and error-free within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and cut-off times.

Responsibilities
- Treasury Products Processing: Process allocated Money Market/Islamic Products, FX, and Derivative transactions within the agreed SLA, following up on any issues that cause delays or do not adhere to established rules and regulations.
- ABK Investments: Properly process allocated instructions received from TID and SFD regarding ABK Investments.
- Wholesale Term Deposits: Ensure that allocated wholesale term deposits are accurately processed in line with received instructions and rates.
- ACIC Funds: Manage the processing of Gulf and Kuwait fund instructions, as well as third-party fund settlements.
- Customer Service: Advise customers on transaction ambiguities, provide guidance, and support them in protecting their interests.
- SLA and Cut-off Times: Ensure all transactions are completed within the agreed SLA and prior to cut-off times.
- Procedures and Process: Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
Skills
- Knowledge of processing systems.
- Understanding of processing regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with legislation, including AML legislation.
- Experience in operations within more complex work areas.
Work Contact
- Internal: Collaborate with branches, CBD/SFD, IT, Finance, HR, RBD, Compliance (AML), Legal, and risk.
- External: Interact with local banks, the Central Bank of Kuwait, and vendors.
