The Senior Operations Lead - Logistics will play a crucial role in enhancing Customer experience for Captains (drivers) by understanding their needs, behaviors, and motivations. What You'll Do
- Clearly understand the fleet needs, behaviors, and motivations to improve Customer experience on the platform
- Drive preemptive Customer experience improvement actions via product, policy, and on-ground operations to ensure optimal fleet quality
- Ensure an optimal experience across all verticals on a daily basis and solve operational issues in real time
- Analyze insights from analytics data and provide analyses, reports, and dashboards for operations initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance platform experience and identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate product rollouts: drive adoption and govern the go-to-market process
- Listen attentively to customers and Captains, providing meaningful insights for experience improvement
- Actively contribute to a data-driven environment, using best practices and data visibility for continuous process improvements
What You'll Need
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex operational environment with tight deadlines
- Confident, outgoing, with a predisposition to learn and teach
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Understanding of operations with the ability to analyze large data sets for actionable insights
- Experience in a similar role and industry is highly desirable
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with PowerPoint
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fast learner
