You will play a vital role in managing our rider network across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, focusing on building systems that optimize rider performance and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Development: Create and implement effective systems to manage rider performance across three markets.
• Strategic Resource Allocation: Design incentive strategies and resource plans addressing performance gaps.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics and analyze data to maintain logistics network health.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the Rider Ops team to ensure initiatives stay within budget.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on rider performance to leadership and HQ teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HQ Ops, Product, and Tech to enhance rider, restaurant, and customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in data analytics, consulting, or engineering with high comfort in handling large datasets (proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex problems in a high-growth environment.
• Ownership Mindset: Take responsibility for your area and show curiosity to resolve unusual outcomes.
• Process Engineering: Experience in building scalable tools and structured methodologies.
• Communication & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex data into strategic recommendations.
