You will face exciting challenges in a hyper-competitive, hyper-growth environment, reporting to the Director of Operations, Middle East. Your responsibilities will include building effective, scalable systems to manage rider performance, making resource allocation recommendations, tracking key metrics, and providing insights on any unusual trends or data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable and efficient frameworks for managing rider performance across the Middle East.
  • Make resource allocation recommendations, including incentive strategies to address rider performance issues.
  • Track key metrics and analyze data to maintain network health.
  • Collaborate with the Middle East Rider Operations team to stay within budget and provide updates on rider performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A high standard of university-level education.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, program management, consulting, banking, engineering, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
  • Experience in building scalable processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets (familiarity with SQL and Python).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work independently as well as part of a team.
