Job Description:
As the Senior Oracle ERP Financials Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

Solution Architecture & Design:
- Direct the overall solution architecture for Oracle AFCS and AHCS, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance and risk objectives.
- Design accounting frameworks and models to accommodate multi-GAAP, multi-currency, and multi-entity needs.
- Define integrations from source systems into AFCS/AHCS using Oracle technologies, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Implementation Leadership:
- Lead design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs while providing hands-on configuration for ERP Financials Cloud modules.
- Manage the oversight of accounting event frameworks and guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Facilitate data migration and reconciliation strategies from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.

Project Governance & Delivery:
- Act as the primary authority on multi-phase AFCS/AHCS programs, collaborating with PMO to manage timelines and risks.
- Review technical designs and support UAT and go-live processes, ensuring best practices in Oracle Cloud implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with finance and technology executives to shape transformation roadmaps, translating financial needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting engine strategy and Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities.
