The consultant will work closely with Finance leadership, business users, IT teams, project managers, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant Oracle Fusion Financial solutions aligned with organizational objectives, statutory requirements, and financial governance policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Tax, Intercompany, Budgetary Control, Financial Reporting Center, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Conduct finance business process assessments and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
- Facilitate business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to improve financial controls, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 8–12+ years of ERP experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Proven experience in a minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting, compliance, and financial governance.
