About the Job:
A Senior Oracle HR Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) modules. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Oracle HR system projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring system settings, testing, training, and ensuring successful deployment.
- Providing technical expertise and support in troubleshooting system issues, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their HR processes and requirements, recommending best practices and solutions to meet their needs.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Mentoring and training junior consultants or team members.
- Keeping up-to-date with Oracle HRMS trends, updates, and technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

Technologies Required:
A Senior Oracle HR Consultant should have in-depth knowledge of the following technologies:
- Oracle HRMS: Familiarity with modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service is essential, with knowledge of additional advanced modules such as Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and Oracle iRecruitment being a plus.
- Oracle Database: Understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and database management for optimizing system performance.
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF): Knowledge of OAF for customizing and extending Oracle HRMS functionalities is advantageous.
- PL/SQL: Proficiency in PL/SQL programming for customizations and data migrations.
- Web Services: Understanding of web services and APIs for integrating Oracle HRMS with other systems and applications.
