Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support OIG, including daily provisioning and de-provisioning requests.
- Monitor request workflows, resolve failed or stuck provisioning tasks, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain existing application integrations and connectors for 30+ applications.
- Onboard new applications as identified by the client’s Information Security Management (ISM) team.
- Develop customizations and connectors for applications lacking standard user management functions, utilizing APIs, SCIM, flat files, databases, or custom adapters.
- Run and support user access review and certification campaigns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, based on application criticality.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement patching or configuration changes as necessary.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and auditing evidence for compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with the client ISM team, application owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Generate reports and track access logs to meet regulatory security standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of IAM experience, with strong hands-on OIG or Oracle Identity Manager expertise.
- Proficient in connector development and integration: REST/SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and flat file.
- Familiarity with OIG components including request management, approval workflows, reconciliation, role and entitlement management, and certifications.
- Proficient in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL; scripting experience in Python or shell is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, Oracle databases, and Oracle Access Manager/Oracle Unified Directory is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and client-facing experience.
- Oracle IAM certification is desirable.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, SOX, or other similar audit requirements.
- Familiarity with Identity Management principles, authentication, and authorization protocols.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database architecture is preferred.
- Ability to empower users to manage basic access requests while allowing designated managers to control team access and passwords.
- Capable of generating reports and tracking access logs to assist in meeting regulatory security standards.
