About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OIG or Oracle Identity Manager, including connector development using REST/SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and flat file integration. The responsibilities include daily provisioning support, managing over 30 application connectors, onboarding new applications, running access certification campaigns, and preparing audit evidence to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support OIG, including daily provisioning and de-provisioning requests
- Monitor request workflows, resolve failed or stuck provisioning tasks, and meet SLAs
- Maintain the existing 30+ application integrations and connectors
- Onboard new applications as identified by the client’s Information Security Management (ISM) team
- Develop customizations and connectors where applications lack standard user management functions (via APIs, SCIM, flat file, database, or custom adapters)
- Run and support user access review/certification campaigns on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles based on application criticality
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and patching or configuration changes
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence for compliance
- Coordinate with the client ISM team, application owners, and infrastructure teams
- Generate reports and track access logs to help meet regulatory security standards
Requirements
- 4 years in IAM, with strong hands-on OIG (or Oracle Identity Manager) experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager connector
- Experience in connector development and integration: REST/SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, flat file
- Familiarity with OIG components: request management, approval workflows, reconciliation, role and entitlement management, certifications
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL; scripting in Python or shell
- Working knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, Oracle database, and Oracle Access Manager/Oracle Unified Directory is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
- Oracle IAM certification is highly preferred
- Understanding of ISO 27001, SOX, or similar audit requirements
- Familiarity with Identity Management Principles
- Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database architecture
- Ability to empower users to manage basic requests and allow designated managers to control team access and passwords
- Capability to generate reports and track access logs to help meet regulatory security standards.
