Main Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the final phase of NetSuite finance module implementation, ensuring financial processes are correctly customized and optimized.
- Validate and enhance NetSuite configurations, focusing on workflows, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance (IFRS/GAAP).
- Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and ensure its accuracy.
- Guide the finance team through system adoption, offering training and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including CFOs, accountants, and external consultants, to align NetSuite processes with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite's finance functionality, integrations, and customizations.
- Manage integrations with relevant systems such as eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and warehouse systems.
- Optimize processes for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles.
- Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax compliance.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and customizations.
Candidate Requirements & Key Skills:
- NetSuite Expertise: Proven track record of end-to-end NetSuite finance module implementations, including customization, data migration, and reporting.
- Finance & Accounting Background: Formal financial qualifications are a must (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Finance Degree). Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial compliance processes.
- Industry Experience: Must have direct experience in eCommerce, logistics, or distribution sectors. Exposure to marketplace finance models, complex inventory management, and payment integrations is essential.
