Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Lead development efforts and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and performance.
- Optimize and enhance existing applications for scalability and performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the technical direction of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in OutSystems development.
- Strong expertise in the OutSystems platform, including building and customizing applications.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices is a plus.
- OutSystems certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployment is a plus.
