Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Payment Risk Operations: Oversee payment risk operations covering the full payment lifecycle.
- Risk Review & Process Optimization: Conduct reviews and risk assessments for high-risk users or transactions, identify gaps in review processes, and drive improvements.
- Case Analysis & Investigation: Use analytics tools to perform deep dives into payment risk cases, understand abnormal transaction behaviors, and propose risk mitigation solutions.
- Risk Monitoring & Early Warning: Monitor payment risk trends and contribute to developing payment risk early-warning capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to enhance payment risk strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in risk management within financial services, fintech, or consulting.
- Prior experience in payment risk case analysis, transaction review, or fund risk handling preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (Hive, SQL, Excel) for data analysis and issue diagnosis.
- Risk Expertise: Understanding of payment risk operations frameworks and case analysis methodologies; familiarity with payment fraud patterns.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, communication, collaboration, detail orientation, and resilience under pressure.
