Key responsibilities include:

Advising customers on instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
Translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
Engaging with customers' Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as their digital transformation platform.
Managing technical governance and a delivery operating model.
Supporting sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements.

Successful candidates will have:

Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
Management consulting experience.
Creativity and independence in managing programs.
Expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud application technology.
ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
Ability to travel.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)
