The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect is an advisory role responsible for helping customers establish a technical foundation within the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver impactful outcomes. In this consultative capacity, you will guide ServiceNow, partner, and customer teams to implement best practices regarding instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. This position involves working alongside executive stakeholders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams throughout the sales, structuring, and implementation phases.

As a Senior Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in advising customers and partners across various engagements, ensuring success through architectural guidance. You will develop relationships with business leaders to gain insights into how ServiceNow can play a pivotal role in their digital transformation vision, and you will translate these goals into actionable roadmaps. Additionally, you will work with the customer's Enterprise Architects to establish ServiceNow as their digital transformation standard, integrating it with their core applications.
Your responsibilities will include managing technical governance and delivery models, ensuring platform health by collaborating with engagement teams to mitigate technical debt, and aligning with ServiceNow's leading practices. You will also support the sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagement requests, and be an active contributor of best practices related to the ServiceNow Impact platform.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
- Fluency in C Level English and Arabic.
- Experience in service management consulting.
- An ability to navigate complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Industry domain expertise, particularly in large program architecture and design.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud application technologies.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
- The ability to travel and a right to work in Saudi Arabia.
