As a Senior Platform Architect, you will serve as a technical advisor, aiding customers in establishing a robust technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions to yield tangible outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding customers in using leading practices related to instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
  • Collaborating with customer teams, including executives and development teams, during the sales, structuring, and implementation stages.
  • Advising on multiple engagements and assisting partners and internal team members in crafting effective customer solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with business leaders to align ServiceNow with their digital transformation goals.
  • Translating business and technical requirements into an architectural plan for achieving complex objectives.
  • Engaging with customers’ Enterprise Architects to standardize ServiceNow as their digital transformation platform and ensure integration with core applications.
  • Managing technical governance and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Supporting sales by estimating engagement scopes and change orders.
  • Contributing knowledge of leading practices related to the ServiceNow Impact platform.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (C-level proficiency).
  • Service Management consulting experience.
  • Proven ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Expertise in the relevant industry domain and experience in leading large programs.
  • Background in enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud application technologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications in relevant workflows.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
