The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect plays a critical technical advisory role, guiding customers in establishing a solid technical foundation on the company platform and designing solutions that enhance outcomes. This role ensures adherence to leading practices across instance strategy, technical governance, core data, and integrations, while maintaining the health of the platform. As a consultative expert, you will collaborate with the company, partner, and customer engagement teams to architect solutions for sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers across various teams, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and developers during the sales, structuring, and implementation phases of projects.
  • Act as a technical expert across multiple projects to guide stakeholders in delivering successful solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business leaders to align the company with their digital transformation goals.
  • Develop customer roadmaps by translating goals into actionable outcomes.
  • Create architectural blueprints that align business needs with technical requirements to meet complex objectives.
  • Engage with customer Enterprise Architects to establish the company as the standard digital transformation platform integrated with core applications.
  • Oversee technical governance and a delivery operating model.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to minimize technical debt and ensure platform health following the company best practices.
  • Assist in the sales process by scoping and estimating engagements and managing change orders.
  • Contribute actively to establishing best practices and demonstrating expertise within the company platform.
  • Maintain relevant skills and certifications related to multiple workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Over 8 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Background in management consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, independent working environment.
  • Proven success in navigating complex issues through analytical and resolution-based approaches.
  • Company certifications in pertinent workflows.
  • Expertise in industry domains relevant to the role.
  • Previous large program experience in architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud application technologies.
