In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership across multiple operating areas to ensure optimal performance of data, network, communication, and computing platform technologies.
  • Translate organizational vision into innovative strategic changes within the company's technology environments.
  • Identify process gaps and develop roadmaps to address complex technical issues while improving efficiencies in existing platforms.
  • Innovate safeguards for production systems and guide design teams through complex builds to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Challenge the status quo and operationalize next-generation platforms, providing technical direction on emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for mission-critical payment platforms using modern tooling (e.g., Ansible, Python).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI) for visibility into hardware and software inventory.
  • Partner with platform, infrastructure, and application teams to modernize workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Establish standards for automation, monitoring, and configuration management in non-cloud-native environments.
  • Analyze platform data to identify optimization opportunities and ensure security and high availability requirements are met.
  • Serve as a technical leader and mentor, promoting a modern engineering mindset.
