Senior PMO Manager

The team applies global best practices in programme, project, and commercial management to help shape resilient, future-ready infrastructure at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Build strong client relationships and drive performance reporting.
• Align delivery with the company control center, mentoring teams, and promoting sustainability.
• Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
• Proven experience in PMO and project controls delivery.
• Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and sector practices.
• Effective communication skills with analytical and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
