Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
- Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
- Proven experience in PMO and project controls delivery.
- Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and sector practices.
- Effective communication skills with analytical and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
