Position

Job Type: Permanent employee, Full-time
Location: Riyadh
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in 24/7 support for critical database environments
Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Plan and execute the migration of databases between data centers
- Design and refine the architecture of databases for optimal performance
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Automate tasks such as backups, monitoring, and deployments
- Apply security measures to safeguard data
- Implement monitoring systems to track database health
- Plan and execute database upgrades and patches
- Conduct disaster recovery drills

- Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance of database environments

- Analyze complex database issues and implement effective solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PostgreSQL and MongoDB ecosystems
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB cluster management
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with advanced monitoring tools and high-availability solutions
