Position

The Senior Pre-Sales Lead – Salesforce Practice will be a key member of the company’s Application Services team in the Middle East, responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Salesforce business in Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic pre-sales leadership, deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), and strong relationship management with both clients and Salesforce itself. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public-sector clients, helping them unlock measurable business value through integrated Salesforce solutions, while driving alignment between the company and Salesforce at regional and global levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all pre-sales activities for Salesforce opportunities across the Saudi market, from early engagement through solution design and deal closure.
  • Support the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions integrating CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and MuleSoft to deliver unified data, AI-driven insights, and automation, leveraging global skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with global Salesforce Practice teams to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives and the company’s delivery model.
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution narratives articulating business value and differentiation.
  • Engage C-level executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for Salesforce-led transformation.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients across industries such as financial services, telecom, energy, and public sector.
  • Act as the primary interface between the company and Salesforce in Saudi Arabia, managing the local alliance relationship.
  • Drive alignment between the company’s Salesforce Practice and Salesforce Partner Alliance Managers to identify and pursue high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture within IT services or consulting environments.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience across CRM, integration, data, and AI solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
  • Proven expertise in integration technologies — ideally MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or Integration Architect.

Required Experience

  • Deep understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government market, including procurement frameworks and Vision 2030 digital mandates.
  • Strong consultative and commercial mindset with an ability to translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communicator with polished presentation and storytelling skills.
