Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Hybrid, with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of the unstructured data market and HPE portfolio, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights with customers.
- Contribute to industry developments via presentations and demos at events.
- Design storage solutions based on customer requirements and technical environments.
- Participate in business planning processes and collaborate with account leadership to develop value propositions.
- Proactively identify and build pipeline by recognizing unmet customer needs and cross-selling opportunities.
- Document activities throughout the sales cycle and share best practices with peers.
- Build professional relationships with customer technical teams and key executives.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
Education and Experience:
- First-level university technical degree or equivalent qualifications; advanced degree preferred.
- Technical experience in IT focusing on unstructured data solutions.
- 3–5 years of experience in file and object technologies.
- Relevant industry certifications preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong consultative and value-selling abilities.
- Understanding of the indirect selling model and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Understanding of sales cycles, pipeline growth, and business strategy.
