The company, a global leader in Data Services and Storage, is expanding their Storage Portfolio and seeking a Senior Presales Architect experienced in unstructured data solutions. The successful candidate will engage with customers, partners, and colleagues to create solutions that meet customer needs concerning unstructured data. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing, and articulating proposals that ensure customer requirements are met, as well as providing technical expertise through presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage knowledge of unstructured data and the company's portfolio to articulate solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to industry events through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Design storage solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Participate in discussions to define value propositions and draft solution designs.
  • Collaborate with the account team to enhance customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Document all activities throughout the sales cycle and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer technical teams and executives.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent qualifications; advanced degree in technology preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in file and object technologies, with a focus on unstructured data solutions.
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong consultative and value-selling skills.
  • Understanding of indirect selling models and partnership engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, present effectively, and influence decision-making.
  • Business and financial acumen related to the sales cycle and pipeline growth.
