Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a global leader in Data Services and Storage, is seeking a Senior Presales Architect to join their expanding Storage Portfolio. This role will focus on solutions for unstructured data. The successful candidate will engage with customers, partners, and colleagues to address customer needs and develop compelling, accurate proposals that meet both business and technical requirements. This position requires providing technical expertise to sales teams and customers, utilizing strong consultative selling skills, and participating in strategic discussions.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid (expected to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of the unstructured data market and HPE portfolio to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights in customer interactions.
  • Design storage solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with account teams and contribute to business planning processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customer technical teams and executives.
  • Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • Advanced degree in technology preferred.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in unstructured data solutions (file and object technologies).
  • Relevant industry certifications are strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Well-developed consultative and value selling skills.
  • Understanding of indirect selling models and partner engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and storytelling.
  • Business and financial acumen related to sales cycles and strategies.
