About the Role
This role is aimed at a Senior Presales Consultant position to win and grow Microsoft-led business across enterprise and public sector accounts in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will own the technical sale from the first conversation to the signed Statement of Work (SOW), shaping solutions that clients can buy, and expanding revenue within existing accounts. We are seeking someone who has a proven sales record, has closed large Microsoft deals, and can confidently engage with both CIOs and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales for Azure, Data & AI, Modern Work, Security, and Dynamics 365 opportunities from initial discovery through to proposal, orals, and closing.
- Manage account-based growth plans for named KSA accounts: map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and build multi-year pipeline.
- Design client-approved solutions and commercial approaches, including architecture, scope, effort, and value case.
- Own RFP and RFI responses end-to-end with delivery, finance, and legal teams; produce proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams (AEs, SSPs, PDMs) on co-sell opportunities and secure Microsoft investment programs (ECIF, MACC, migration, and AI funding) to accelerate deals.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and proofs of concept that facilitate decision-making on opportunities.
- Maintain current pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity data within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery to ensure what is sold is delivered on time and within margin.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years within the Microsoft ecosystem, including at least 6 years in presales, solution sales, or technical sales leadership.
- Proven sales record with consistent quota attainment and experience closing multi-million SAR Microsoft deals.
- Demonstrated capability in account-based growth, expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell across multiple Microsoft workloads.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft partner motions, including co-sell, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model, Azure consumption commitments, and partner funding programs.
- Experience selling to KSA enterprise, government, or semi-government clients, with familiarity with local procurement and regulatory requirements (NCA, SAMA, PDPL, data residency).
- Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken, in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Preferred Technology Knowledge:
- Azure: landing zones, migration and modernization, Azure local regions and sovereign cloud options.
- Data & AI: Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and agent solutions.
- Business Applications: Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.
- Modern Work & Security: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Purview.
- Adjacent platforms: ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM) and GitHub/DevSecOps.
- Experience with other hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) is a plus, especially regarding multi-cloud and competitive positioning.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-305, AI-102, DP-600, MB-910, or SC-100 are advantageous.
