Working closely with sales, vendors, and delivery teams, the engineer develops scalable, secure, and modern infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements. The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, hybrid cloud, end-user computing, and business continuity solutions while supporting digital transformation and data center modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and positioning of enterprise infrastructure and end-user computing solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), solution architecture documents, technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), compliance matrices, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions
- Engage with enterprise and government customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and position solutions across servers, enterprise storage solutions, virtualization platforms, hyperconverged infrastructure, and backup and disaster recovery solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure presales, solution architecture, or system integration environments
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and data center technologies, virtualization, HCI platforms, and end-user computing
- Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise data center and end-user solutions
- Certifications (Preferred) in VMware, Nutanix, Dell Technologies, Veeam, and other related technologies
