Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in one or more solution domains, including company products and customer environments.
  • Develop and critically review customer proposals, managing expectations of internal stakeholders.
  • Quantify the impact of business issues, position business value, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions.
  • Translate outcome-based solutions into functional and technical designs aligned with customer needs.
  • Communicate the value propositions of solutions to address customer needs effectively.
  • Actively track emerging technologies and contribute to industry development through participation in conferences and events.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, advocating for technical strategies that support transformation goals.
  • Monitor account pipelines and participate in sales forecast meetings to expedite the sales lifecycle.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8–12 years of technical experience in IT focusing on technical consulting and solution selling.
  • Relevant industry certifications are strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in solution configuration and creating demos or proofs-of-concept.
  • Strong understanding of the company portfolio, capabilities in solutions, and ability to prioritize for optimal outcomes.
  • Advanced communication skills, including active listening and storytelling capabilities in both English and local languages.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling and knowledge of the sales cycle.
