- Lead the design and development of sophisticated, interactive dashboards to analyze customer metrics, report pricing performance, and enable proactive monitoring.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, generating actionable insights that inform both pricing and growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and identifying areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain funding frameworks to support growth initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track the progress and impact of growth initiatives, providing stakeholders with clear visibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) on pricing-related topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-4 years of experience in analytical roles with a focus on pricing and/or growth analysis, ideally within tech start-ups or the food delivery industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python or similar coding languages for data manipulation and visualization.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations and workflow improvements.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Functional understanding of business basics and marketing concepts.
