Responsibilities
You will:
- Architect & Design: Deliver comprehensive technical architectural designs and detailed implementation plans for storage deployments, with a particular emphasis on AI/ML and data-intensive workloads.
- Drive Storage Migrations and Enable Ecosystem Integrations: Lead and execute complex data migration engagements leveraging both native the company migration tooling and qualified third-party migration platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity throughout the lifecycle. Design and implement integrations between the company storage solutions and the broader technology ecosystem.
- Install, Customize & Integrate: Participate in and oversee the installation, customization, and integration of the company solutions within diverse customer environments, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Lead Validation & Benchmarking: Conduct and lead design reviews, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and performance benchmarking exercises to validate solution architectures against customer requirements and workload characteristics.
- Standardize & Mentor: Document reusable design standards, reference architectures, and operational runbooks; mentor fellow engineers in advanced design techniques, emerging technologies, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise storage architecture, design, and delivery.
- Proven track record in the delivery of complex storage design architectures, large-scale integrations, and data migrations across heterogeneous environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing the company storage solutions in AI/ML, analytics, and high-performance computing projects.
- Automation-first mindset with practical experience applying automation across build, test, and deploy pipelines to accelerate delivery and ensure repeatability.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
