The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead solutioning workshops with clients and also contribute hands-on to smaller projects. A deep understanding of the value that Asset Performance Management (APM) can provide to customers, coupled with the technical expertise needed to address detailed inquiries about our solutions, is crucial. This position primarily focuses on the growth of the Digital business while also supporting customer success as needed.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of our APM business through solution consulting and technical sales efforts.
  • Evangelize APM solutions both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and expand our digital strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and guiding them toward achieving their objectives.
  • Lead discovery workshops with customers to gain insight into their needs and the potential value of addressing their challenges.
  • Act as an internal advocate for customers while working to solve their problems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications for the Role
To be successful, you should have proven expertise in Asset Performance Management and a deep technical knowledge in asset management, machinery health, and industrial risk. Strong experience in client relationship management, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of industrial software solutions (including Historians, ERP systems, IoT, and automation) are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
