Position

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers. This role requires a passion for delivering services to customers while understanding strategic business objectives. Customer TPMs must become trusted advisors, ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables, helping customers deliver their IT strategy, overcome challenges, and meet business goals. The work is non-routine and complex, demanding advanced technical and business skills. As a leading contributor, you will provide direction to others while collaborating with product management and exercising strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with DRCC and Alloy customers, becoming deeply connected with customer technical staff and senior management.
  • Display authority and confidence while understanding customer business strategies and industry drivers.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, product, engineering, and customers to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, facilitating communication and activities across other Oracle lines-of-business.
  • Monitor projects to achieve contract margin and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate OCI-wide response for major incidents and manage customer expectations through resolution.
  • Establish a program governance model at senior management levels and lead complex account planning and reviews.
  • Provide leadership in the development of new products, services, and processes, and contribute to regional and global strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills: Cloud Infrastructure, Project Management, Technical Program Management
  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in a technical subject area; hands-on experience with enterprise technical account management; knowledge of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems.
