Position

The company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Alloy customers. This role requires a passion for delivering services to customers while understanding strategic business objectives. Customer TPMs must act as trusted advisors, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables, assisting customers in delivering their IT strategies, overcoming challenges, and meeting business goals. The position involves complex work requiring advanced technical and business skills in the area of specialization.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • 7+ years’ experience in developing and executing strategies for large cross-cutting programs that impact customer success.
  • Ability to think broadly and strategically.
  • Strong technology background to understand cloud architecture complexities and advise customers on their cloud strategies.
  • Maturity, judgment, and advanced skills in problem solving, negotiation, analytics, and leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders from DRCC/Alloy customers and across all of the company.
  • Comfort in ambiguity, with a capability to collaborate with teams and customers to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with DRCC and Alloy customers, connecting deeply with technical staff and senior management.
  • Exhibit authority and confidence while understanding customers’ business strategies and industry drivers.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, product, engineering, and customers to identify suitable solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the company's lines of business.
  • Oversee complex project reporting and communication to ensure efficient use of the company's resources and meet contract margins and revenue goals.
  • Manage communication and customer expectations during major incidents, coordinating OCI-wide responses.
  • Establish and maintain program governance with the customer's senior management and executive levels.
  • Conduct proactive scope and risk management; lead account planning and reviews.
  • Provide leadership and expertise for new products, services, and processes, leading initiatives for organizational improvement.
  • Contribute to regional strategy execution on a broader organizational level.
