Position

The company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and the company Alloy customers. This role is focused on delivering services to customers, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables, and helping customers achieve their IT strategy while overcoming challenges to meet business goals.

In this position, you will be involved in complex, non-routine work that requires advanced technical and business skills. Successful candidates will lead both independently and as part of a team, providing direction to others while collaborating with product management.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategy for large cross-cutting programs that impact customer success
  • A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, with a technology background in cloud architecture
  • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, influence, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a technical subject area
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise technical account management
  • Technical knowledge of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage DRCC and Alloy customer relationships, fostering long-term connections with technical staff and senior management
  • Understand customer business strategies, organization structures, and technical infrastructures
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, product, engineering, and customers to identify suitable solutions
  • Act as the primary customer contact, facilitating communications and operational activities
  • Monitor, report, and communicate on complex projects to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Lead complex account planning and reviews, acting as a point of contact for major incidents
  • Contribute to organizational process improvement and strategy execution at regional and global levels
