Position

The company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and the company Alloy customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering services to customers while having a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. Customer TPMs must become trusted advisors, ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables, helping customers execute their IT strategies, overcoming challenges, and meeting business goals. This role requires advanced technical and business skills, as well as the ability to work within or alongside product management, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.

Language Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategy and executing large cross-cutting programs impacting customer success.
  • Strong technology background to understand cloud architecture complexities.
  • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well with senior leaders from DRCC/Alloy customers and across the company teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a technical subject area.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise technical account management.
  • Knowledge of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships, understanding organizational structures, key projects, and critical success factors.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, product, and engineering to identify solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer communications and activities.
  • Monitor and communicate on complex projects to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate OCI-wide responses to major incidents and manage customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain governance models with senior management.
  • Lead complex account planning and reviews and contribute to organizational process improvements.
