Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, 4 days in office & 1 day from home, with the option to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year. Unlimited vacation days per year. For tech individual contributors, the schedule is 2 office days and 3 work-from-home days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Analytics team across various domains, collaborating globally with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop strategies to transform data analysis and visualization into a competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and grow analysts, focusing on data storytelling and actionable narratives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the Product Analytics team's work influences organizational strategy.
  • Manage project intake and prioritization of staffing for key initiatives.
  • Execute product strategy through data insights and data-driven concepts.
  • Define and maintain business-critical metrics using SQL and other tools.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to build and maintain ETLs, ensuring accurate and scalable business performance insights.
  • Run experiments and create dashboards to communicate results effectively.
  • Monitor data quality and provide solutions for performance issues.
  • Conduct ad-hoc SQL queries to address complex business questions.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics).
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably within tech.
  • 5+ years of experience managing analytical teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Experience in creating impactful dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build consensus and teamwork within a professional environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and attracting top talent.
  • Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities.
